Samuel stands on a large pile of books with his arms open.
Samuel: “Human knowledge belongs to everyone!”
He calmly welcomes the principle of universal access.
Panel 2
An author holding a burgundy book speaks for a group that includes an older author with a manuscript and an artist with brushes and a flower portfolio.
Author: “Excellent. Show us your training data.”
All three look toward Samuel, expecting the same openness in return.
Panel 3
Steel shutters slam down. Two armed guards arrive as Samuel retreats into an open vault marked TRADE SECRETS.
Samuel walks calmly into the vault while security blocks access.
Panel 4
The vault is closed. The same three creators stand outside with a guard while Samuel speaks through the wall intercom.
Samuel, through the intercom: “People need to stop gatekeeping.”
The artists and authors silently stare at the intercom.
